1. Services Description
Prop Document Sale specializes in the production of high‑fidelity replica documents. Our products are precision‑engineered to visually and tactilely match official credentials, academic records, identification cards, and supporting documentation. Each item is custom‑manufactured to client‑supplied specifications. We serve clients in the entertainment industry, corporate security, private collecting, and professional sectors. All services are provided exclusively through our website and secure communication channels.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to place an order. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders are initiated via our secure online inquiry form or via PGP‑encrypted email. After receiving your request, we will respond with a detailed quotation and estimated production timeline. No binding agreement exists until we have received full payment and issued a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, without liability and without providing an explanation.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) or United States Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. We accept payment via bank wire transfer, Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), and USDT (TRC‑20/ERC‑20). Cryptocurrency payments are considered final upon network confirmation. Full payment is required before production commences. You are responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your financial institution or blockchain network.
5. Customization and Data Handling
After payment is confirmed, you will receive a one‑time, expiring secure upload link to provide personalized data (e.g., full name, date of birth, photograph, document numbers, issue/expiry dates). This link is encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel. We strongly recommend using PGP encryption for email correspondence. Client‑supplied personal data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of shipment. We do not retain copies of your photographs, signatures, or variable data beyond this period. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
6. Proofing and Approval
For complex documents, we provide a digital proof (PDF mockup) for your review prior to production. You must carefully examine the proof and notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to respond within this timeframe constitutes your approval. Once you approve the proof or production has begun, no further changes can be made. We are not liable for errors in the final product that were visible on the approved proof.
7. Production and Turnaround
Production begins after order confirmation and approval of any required proof. Standard turnaround time is 10–18 business days. Priority production (3–7 business days) is available for an additional fee and subject to current workload and verification. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) with full tracking and signature confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package weight, and are quoted at checkout or included in your invoice. Packages are prepared in rigid, discreet, unmarked mailers with no external branding. Customs declarations will describe the contents as "Printed Documents" or "Commercial Samples" with a nominal declared value (usually €10–€20). We do not declare the true nature or actual value of the items. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon confirmed delivery to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable address; rerouting or address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
9. Customs and International Orders
You are solely responsible for compliance with all import laws, restrictions, and duties applicable in your country. Some jurisdictions prohibit the importation or possession of replica identity documents, academic credentials, or official‑looking records. By placing an order, you represent that such items are legal to receive and possess in your jurisdiction. If a shipment is seized, detained, opened, or destroyed by customs authorities, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement. In the rare event a package is returned to us due to customs refusal, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment at your expense. We do not issue refunds for packages abandoned at customs.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because all products are custom‑made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or errors in the information you supplied. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect laminate, printing errors, delamination, data that deviates from your approved proof), you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the defect. Upon verification, we will produce a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement orders are prioritized. If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will either reship at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion. No refunds or replacements will be provided for orders that have already been produced and shipped in accordance with your approved specifications.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
